IRefund Policy for Spring Program

  • Full refund of league fees less a $40 administration fee for any requests prior to November 30, 2018.*
  • Full refund of league fees less a $40 administration fee for medical-related requests prior to November 30, 2018.*
  • No refunds after December 1st, 2018.**

Refund/Withdrawal Procedure:

Immediately contact the with the following information:

  • Grade/Age Division:
  • PGLC Team (if known):
  • Reason for Withdrawal:

*All refund requests are subject to PGLC Board approval. 

**Partial medical refund or credit after December 1st may be granted under certain circumstances; supporting physician documentation must be presented to the PGLC Board with your refund request.  All decisions by the PGLC Board are final.  Club contact information is available on the PGLC website under the Contacts link.

 

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR SUMMER LEAGUE OR FALL FESTIVALS


Refund Policy for other items and merchandise

  • No refunds for uniforms, or other merchandise sold by the club.
  • US Lacrosse Membership fees are paid direct to US Lacrosse and are not refundable by Pleasanton Pride Lacrosse.
